We have been talking to the company officials for about 8 days regarding the Samsung washing machine, about which I reported my complaint through this platform, but they still haven't even bothered to send a service technician to my home. Instead, they mockingly increased the repair cost of the guaranteed product, which they initially quoted as 3800 TL, to 4400 TL, and then reduced it to 3300 TL the next day, all under the guise of user error. Despite the obvious fact that this is not a user error and that the product could be repaired with just a gasket replacement, and despite my repeated reminders that, according to Turkish commercial law, they are required to provide parts for a product manufactured for 10 years, they insist on changing the entire door and charging me for it. As a consumer, I condemn this practice. I hereby inform you that I will seek my rights through legal means and take all necessary legal actions. I will prove with an expert that this is not a user error and demand compensation for their failure to supply spare parts for the machine for 10 years.
