Samsung UE55TU800U Panel Failure Chronic Issue - Requesting Free Repair
I started experiencing a panel malfunction on my Samsung UE55TU800U television. The same issue had occurred once before, but at that time the device fixed itself, so I did not request service. For about 15 days now, the panel malfunction has returned and this time it has become permanent. When I researched the issue online, I saw that many users with the same model have reported panel problems and that it is considered a chronic defect. For this reason, I believe the product is faulty. When I called customer service, I was told that the warranty period had expired and they could not help. I want Samsung to stand behind the product it sells and resolve this known chronic panel issue without charging me. I request that my television be repaired free of charge and that the panel replacement be carried out without any cost.
