Samsung TV Installation Delay


Last week, I bought a Samsung TV, and on March 26, 2024, I submitted a request for the installation of my product. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response from the authorized service center. As of today, even after reaching out to Samsung customer service for the 4th time, I have yet to receive any response.

The company got back to me. I was informed that the issue would be resolved within the day. I would like to thank everyone, especially Mr. Emre, for addressing my issue.
The installation has been completed as of now. The issue was resolved approximately 8 hours after it was reported. I would like to thank the headquarters staff and the technical service very much.
