Samsung TV Bulging Screen After Installation Replacement Request

On 26.08.2026, our television was installed by a Samsung authorized service. The authorized service did not mention any problem or damage during the installation. However, that evening, I noticed a slight bulge on the lower right side of the television that was difficult to see at first glance. When I looked at the back of the television, I noticed that there was a gap between the panel and the frame and that the LEDs were visible. I thought we needed to resolve the issue with MediaMarkt, so I emailed them on 30.08.2026. When I did not receive a response, I contacted the Samsung authorized service via WhatsApp on 01.09.2026. The representative listened to my issue, but the authorized service did not come to our address. I contacted the Samsung authorized service via WhatsApp again on 02.09.2026. Although a request was created, I did not receive any response. On the same day, I emailed Samsung headquarters, and they called me the following day. During the call on the morning of 03.09.2026, the representative said that they would investigate the matter and get back to me. Since I was not contacted in the afternoon, I called headquarters again. The customer service representative said that I had been directed to the wrong person in the morning and transferred me to someone else. Therefore, on the same day, I sent an email to headquarters stating that I would exercise my legal rights. The following day, they contacted me and sent a service technician to my home for an inspection. The technician initially said that this was a simple issue and that he could fix it immediately. However, after realizing that there was a risk of the screen coming off, he decided not to perform the repair. He stated that this issue was not related to the installation, that it may have occurred during the initial transportation, and that the previous team may not have noticed it. He also said that he would state in the report that the television should be replaced. On 08.09.2026, Samsung headquarters called me and said that the damage may have occurred later. When I asked how we could have removed the frame afterward, they said, “I am not saying that you did it, but it may have happened later.” If it happened later, then who could have caused it? I have photos from the day of installation and from afterward. I also request to see the photos taken by the service team that performed the initial installation. Please provide me with the relevant photos. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and exercise all of my legal rights to the fullest extent.
