Samsung TAB A9 Plus USB Connection Issue

I just bought this Samsung TAB A9 Plus tablet, and I'm still waiting to hear back about my problem. Today, yet another issue has come up: even though there is no USB connection, the tablet continues to show a warning about a USB connection. This is clearly visible in the video. I sent an email to Samsung's customer service today, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've also asked for a refund.
