I purchased a Samsung Smart TV four years ago and was extremely disappointed with the lack of software support that the device offers. I used to be able to access the web browser and YouTube from my Tizen version TV, but now even that support has been turned off. To make matters worse, the device deleted all of its original installed applications, leaving me without any of the basic features that I expected from a TV of this caliber. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of updates and attention given to the software of this product. Why did Samsung choose to delete the TV's applications when they clearly aren't making any effort to improve the software? This lack of support has left me feeling completely let down and I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported smart TV.
