Samsung Refrigerator E-10 Error, Making All Food Unusable

The refrigerator gave me an E10 error just 2 months ago. All my food, even the ones in the deep freezer, went bad. Plus, since this happened during the holidays, I couldn't get a service appointment until 2 days later. How am I supposed to recover from this and get compensated for my losses? My previous Beko product lasted for a solid 18 years, but Samsung let me down in just 2 months. It feels like they're disrespecting us by dragging out the repair or replacement process for 30-45 days. I don't want a repair for a product that malfunctioned in less than 2 months. If you can't replace it within 3-5 working days, I want a refund. Up until now, Samsung was always my go-to for TVs, and I even gifted my dad a Samsung laptop. But from now on, Samsung won't be on my list of preferred brands. I'll have to tell my friends about this and advise them against choosing Samsung.
