This disappointing experience has left me with a negative impression of Samsung appliances, and I will definitely avoid purchasing any Samsung products in the future. I cannot recommend Samsung appliances to anyone, as I have also consulted with other repair services and technicians who refused to assist solely due to the brand. It seems that Samsung parts are exclusively available through their service centers, limiting the options for repairs.
