I have been experiencing a recurring error with my Samsung Rt62K7060ww refrigerator, displaying the 5C error code, and rendering the control panel unresponsive. Additionally, the upper freezer compartment fails to freeze, forcing us to transfer our perishables to our neighbor's fridge. I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the service technician for 15 days, but they have yet to show up. The service claimed to have visited and examined the refrigerator, but no repairs were made, and a report was drafted without any resolution. This disappointing experience has left me with a negative impression of Samsung appliances, and I will definitely avoid purchasing any Samsung products in the future. I cannot recommend Samsung appliances to anyone, as I have also consulted with other repair services and technicians who refused to assist solely due to the brand. It seems that Samsung parts are exclusively available through their service centers, limiting the options for repairs. Countless interactions with various professionals have only led to dead ends, with no resolution or support from Samsung.
