Samsung RB50RS334SA/TR Refrigerator Chronic Malfunction

When my Samsung RB50RS334SA/TR fridge, which is made of stainless steel and has a built-in combi boiler, was put in on January 19, 2023, I was very happy. But when it broke down on June 22nd, my excitement quickly turned to anger. When the repairman came on June 24, he found that the motor and inverter card, which are important parts of the fridge, had burned out. How could something like this happen to a brand-new, top-of-the-line refrigerator? All of my other appliances are Samsung, which is sad, but this experience has made me feel very bad. Even though they've called the service several times since Monday and say they've talked to the technicians, no one has done anything. I asked for a replacement because I'm worried that the same problems will keep coming up. Online research showed that customer reviews often mentioned an E10 error, which suggests that these models have a persistent problem. When a company that is supposed to be good doesn't help, it's very disappointing.
