Faults After Warranty: A Huge Regret With Samsung TV
Dear Sir/Madam, due to the trust I had in my Samsung TV, which I have been using without any issues for 11 years, I decided to purchase a Samsung TV for my parents as well in recent years. However, the recent developments we have experienced have seriously shaken our trust in the Samsung brand. The TV owned by my family was purchased approximately 3.5 years ago. Yet, after the warranty period expired, we began facing significant technical issues. The TV does not turn on, the sound and picture frequently disappear, and freezing occurs. When compared to the TV I have been using for 11 years without any problems, this clearly indicates a serious quality issue. Moreover, I would like to note that the device has not been heavily used and has remained off for months at a time. Despite these conditions, the occurring malfunctions are unacceptable under normal usage. Even though we have used a surge protector and handled the device with care, encountering such issues has deeply damaged our trust in your brand and caused great disappointment. Additionally, upon reviewing user comments on Xolvie, it is clear that this is not only my issue but a problem experienced by many others. This strongly suggests that the issue could be related to a manufacturing or design flaw. Therefore, I demand that the TV be thoroughly inspected as soon as possible and that the necessary repair or replacement procedures be carried out. I believe that this problem must be resolved promptly to restore the trust I have had in the Samsung brand for 11 years. Otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action and share this situation with the public.
