Samsung Offered A Cheaper Model For UE55CU7200UXTK TV Replacement

I made a deal with Samsung for my record number 4267133354 to swap my busted TV, a Samsung UE55CU7200UXTK, for 6100 TL. But Samsung told me they didn't have the model and couldn't give me a replacement. So, I ended up shelling out 6100 TL just for this TV, got a call from S**** at Samsung today. She said they could hook me up with a lower model. I was so shocked when they started making fun of me. Like seriously, I paid the full price for the exact model we talked about. What's their deal? If they run out of that model's stock, they should hook me up with a better one.  can we get this sorted out? I paid a fair price and I hope Samsung can honor our agreement.  I'm gonna complain about it, this is just the beginning.
