Samsung / Izyico Unauthorized Transaction After 3D Secure Scam

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction carried out through IZYICO/SAMSUNG.COM using my virtual Garanti BBVA Bonus card. On 17 November 2025 at 16:04, I attempted to make a ₺499 purchase from ŞOK with my virtual card. During this process, I became a victim of a social engineering scam and unknowingly entered the 3D Secure code that was sent to me. Later, when reviewing my messages and account, I noticed that my card limit had been increased without my consent to ₺26,499 and that a high-value transaction had been executed under the name IZYICO/SAMSUNG. I never intended to make such a purchase, and no product has been delivered to me since 17 November. Despite the clear fraud, Garanti BBVA rejected my objection by relying solely on the 3D Secure usage, and Iyzico stated they were only an intermediary. I reported the situation to Samsung the same day under reference number 8789625, yet I have received no concrete response or solution, and the ₺26,499 charge remains on my card. I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction, a full refund of the ₺26,499 charged, and a written official response regarding my complaint. I also expect Samsung and all relevant parties to conduct a detailed investigation and take necessary measures to prevent similar social engineering fraud cases. I kindly request that this matter be handled urgently and resolved as quickly as possible.

I previously filed a complaint about Samsung. They responded to me today. Although I reported that the purchase made on November 17 at 10:04 was not mine — both by phone immediately after the transaction and again via WhatsApp customer service at 16:50 — and although I clearly requested the cancellation of the transaction, they informed me today that the product, which I know nothing about, was shipped on November 19 to an address I am not familiar with and delivered on November 20. However, during one of the many phone calls I made earlier, they told me that the delivery had been stopped (I am not certain of the exact date due to the number of calls). They also stated that they cannot provide information about the city, address, or recipient of the delivery. This situation is clearly Samsung’s fault, and the amount of 26,499 TL that I paid must be refunded to me.

They called me and Said they couldnt pay my money bacak. And they Said they wouldnt tell me what the oroduct is, where it was, who took it. No solution. The staff have no connection. Although everything is recorded, although İ reported it right after the purchase they didnt do anything and forced me to pay.
