Samsung is Making Repairs Despite A Court Order For Replacement

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent series of events related to my television, which led to a dispute with your company and the involvement of a dispute resolution panel. As a result of the panel's decision, my faulty television was replaced. However, the replacement television also had the same issues, and your company sent me a repair ticket instead of a replacement. When I informed your company that the same problems persisted with the new television, a third replacement was sent. Unfortunately, each replacement was even more defective than the previous one, with noticeable scratches, dust, and pixel problems on the screen. The latest replacement even had evidence of a repair attempt, including screwdriver marks and dust particles behind the panel. I am extremely disappointed with these events, and I am no longer confident in your company's ability to provide a satisfactory resolution. As a result, I would like to request a full refund equivalent to the current market value of the same model television, so that I can purchase a replacement from another retailer. If a refund is not possible, I request that you provide me with a new, defect-free replacement television. The procedures and errors made by your company have caused me significant distress and inconvenience, and I urge you to take appropriate action to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
