My Samsung Refrigerator Not Cooling

My freezer has swollen inside the freezer compartment after I purchased an additional four years of warranty. I contacted the service. The service arrived on October 8, 2023, and informed me that the product would be replaced. The service contacted me after a long wait, but I was too busy to answer their calls. They sent me the model via SMS and asked me to contact them. When I called back, I was told to hang up. They called again five days later, this time offering a refrigerator with a much smaller capacity than mine. When I inquired about the replacement, they stated that the item was out of stock. I stated unequivocally that I would never accept a smaller refrigerator. They stated that they took note of it and promised to call back, but they have yet to do so. I'd like to be replaced with a refrigerator of the same size and color as my current one. All of my home appliances were purchased from Samsung in 2017. The warranty has expired, and they are now requesting 28,500 ₺. This sum is out of my price range. I'm hoping for your help. My Samsung freezer has not only swollen but also developed cracks.
