Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Overheating, Network Loss & Back Cover Opening
On 27.03.2024, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from your Muğla Fethiye store. In recent days, the device has started to show serious problems. The phone overheats to a level that it cannot be held in hand even when I am only browsing social media. During charging, it overheats in the same way, although I always use the original Samsung adapter and cable. Whenever this overheating occurs, the device also loses network connection. Because of this, I cannot make phone calls, I cannot connect to the internet and the device occasionally freezes. In addition, although the phone has not received any impact and there is no visible swelling in the battery, the back cover has started to open by itself. It is unacceptable for a device at this level that the adhesives come off on their own. It is a great disappointment for me that a phone I purchased as a flagship about two years ago has come to this condition. I request that this defective situation be remedied by Samsung authorities without causing further victimization and that the problem be resolved permanently. I kindly ask you to inform me as soon as possible about the steps that will be taken to repair, replace or otherwise permanently resolve this issue.
