Samsung Buds2 Pro Case Staining & Peeling Issue

I am experiencing a dirt issue for the second time with the Samsung Buds2 Pro, which I purchased on March 17, 2023. The technical service insists that it is a user error, but I am a meticulous person, and there is no possibility that this is a user error. On July 26, 2023, I pre-ordered the Galaxy Watch6 with the Exchange campaign. I will include the package contents when sending the old watch (Watch 4 Classic 46mm) for exchange. It is impossible for me to have caused damage to the earphones, considering that there is not a single scratch on the watch I have been using for years, and as someone who even keeps the screen protector in its box when initially purchased. This situation truly saddens me. There is nothing as frustrating as being blamed for something you didn't do. I will provide the previous complaint I filed below. The rest is up to you. I no longer want to comment. I'm tired. I will also add images related to the old and new watches. I'm already including the charging unit for the headphones; the rest is up to your interpretation.
