Hello,
I purchased a Samsung dryer, which was delivered to my address on December 18, 2024. However, as of today, the installation has still not been completed. When I contacted customer service and the service team, I was told that due to year-end inventory checks in the warehouse, the installation could not be done until January 2025. This is not my issue—it's Samsung's problem. I paid for the product and expect prompt service, and it is unacceptable that my dryer has been sitting idle without installation for weeks. I demand immediate action and the installation be completed without further delay.
