Samsung Air Conditioner Repair Help Requested, No Improvement Yet

I was having problem with my Air Condititon so i called Samsung and ask them for service. When service came, i saw that the Service Company Name is not belong to Samsung. But it was written "Samsung Service" on t-shirts. They gave me the price list to fix the problem. But there is a problem for sensör price. It was a heat sensör and which is selling for 50TL at shops, but servis told me that "it was 1000TL" and the the outdoor unit mainboard price is 1400TL. When i saw that prices are too expensive, i tried to find the solution by myself and i did. I figured out that, the outdoor unit mainboard has problem. So i called samsung service again and tell them the problem and my need mainboard. At this whatsapp conversation, they told me 2200TL as a price for mainboard. I copy/paste the price list , they gave me before. But service told me that, 1400TL is not for mainboard, for IO card. This Service Company name is Essam Electronics (Eskisehir/Turkey). I had to give the money and fix the problem. Because in my city that i live, there is only one service company (Essam Electronics). After the problem gone. I asked the mainboard price to Service Company in another city (Ankara/Turkey), and i learned that price was 1200TL. I understood that, Samsung in Eskisehir is a cheater. I reported this condition to Samsung Turkey, but nobody call me for money pay back or solve the problem.
