Samsung Air Conditioner Fell on My Head after Installation
I purchased an air conditioner from Samsung's website and had it installed by Samsung's service. However, 2 hours after the installation, the air conditioner fell on my head, causing injuries to my finger and neck. The explanation given by Samsung's service was that my house's wall is bad. Strangely there had been another air conditioner installed at the same spot for 15 years, and it had never fallen, now I need Samsung to take matters into their hands and compensate for the injuries they caused and the mess that I have to deal with now!!!
