Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe™ M.2 SSD Overheating

My Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe™ M.2 SSD is getting really hot, with one sensor reaching up to 80°C. After reaching out to Samsung customer service, they made it clear that a temperature of 80°C is not acceptable. They recommended that I send the device back to the service center. However, the service center considered 80°C to be acceptable and returned the product without resolving the problem. I would like to request a replacement for the device that is still under warranty.
Dear Customer, First of all, thank you for choosing our company. Our complaint resolution center will contact you regarding your application. You can convey all kinds of information, suggestions, opinions, and solution requests related to our products and services through the contact us section and our call center. Best regards, Samsung Electronics Turkey

The service center sent the device back the first time, saying there was no issue. I already spoke with Samsung customer service. They told me to send it back again when the shipment arrives and that they would follow up. Despite this, if the device is not replaced and they send it back again claiming there is no issue, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Additionally, I will definitely not purchase or recommend any Samsung products in the future. For your information.
