Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 Overheating Issue

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 in Turkey. Unfortunately, the phone has a severe heating issue. It gets so hot that I can't even touch the back of the phone. When I make phone calls, my ear feels like it's burning, and I've resorted to using the speakerphone. I reached out to the support unit, and they attempted to resolve the problem by resetting and checking the phone twice. However, they eventually advised me to visit a technical service center. I'm quite apprehensive about using the phone, as I haven't received a satisfactory solution yet, and I fear it might become a safety hazard due to its extreme heating. Additionally, when I sent my iPhone 8 for an exchange, it had a protective film on the screen. However, they claimed that there were scratches on the screen. Even though I had a screen protector glass installed on the first day of purchase, they insisted on the presence of scratches and returned my iPhone 8 in a condition that looked like a map of scratches all over the screen. I filed a complaint about this issue, but it remains unresolved.
