Samsung 9000 BTU AC Installation Pending Approval

Samsung proved the great and high-quality brand characteristic regarding its products and after‑sales customer satisfaction, and how correct our choice of the Samsung brand was. The morning after I wrote the complaint, they called us by phone, asked if we were available for installation and said they could immediately arrange service, and they performed the assembly and installation of our product with excellent workmanship and quality, and got it running. Thanks to Samsung and the Bursa ABC service.

I purchased a Samsung 9000 BTU air conditioner and requested installation service through your system. However, the service request form I filled out has been waiting in “Pending Approval” status and I have not been able to get any progress for 2 days. In your system, two separate records were created with the numbers 10011580209 and 1001158210, and both have been listed as “Awaiting Approval” for 2 days without any update. Because of this situation, I cannot get an installation appointment and I cannot reach anyone clearly for support. I live in Bursa, Nilüfer, 30 Ağustos Zafer Mahallesi and I am waiting for the product to be installed at this address, but the process is blocked at the approval stage in the system. I request that my service records be urgently approved through the system, that my installation appointment be created without any further delay, and that I be contacted by phone to inform me about the process and to complete my service request.
