EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team Gameplay Is Unfair and Unbalanced

I have been playing EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5 since November 2025, and I am extremely frustrated with what feels like unfair and poorly balanced gameplay, especially in online Ultimate Team matches. Despite repeatedly trying to defend, I have conceded goal after goal because the ball passes straight through my defender. This makes the gameplay feel completely meaningless and frustrating.

Because of the excessive momentum I experience in the game, the squad I built with a 98 OVR rating lines up and responds on the pitch as if it were a casual amateur team. The disconnect between my squad’s overall rating and its actual performance on the field has seriously damaged my trust in the game and made me question the time and effort I have invested in it.

I contacted EA Support about this issue, but the responses I received were extremely inadequate and dismissive. They neither understood the problem I was experiencing nor took any concrete steps to address it. Experiencing such obvious gameplay issues and what feels like an unfair gaming experience in a game I paid for has made me regret spending money on it.

I want EA to take these defensive errors, momentum issues, and overall gameplay problems seriously and work toward providing players with a fair and consistent gaming experience.
