My Samsung Z Fold 4 Has A Black Strip on The Main Screen

I have a Samsung Z Fold 4. Currently, when I turn on the main screen, there is a black strip in the middle, and the touch does not work. I bought my phone in Germany, but I live in Turkey. In my research, I saw that there are a lot of people with similar problems. The problem is chronic, and when I called Samsung Turkey Customer Service, they did nothing. They said that it is not chronic for us; it is already a foreign device. If the services want, they will do it with money, if not, they will not do it. Half of my devices (refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are Samsung, and so were my last 5 cell phones. I bought the product from abroad because there is no 512 GB version in Turkey, trusting Samsung quality. However, at the point we came to, the screen broke down out of nowhere, and although it was clear that it was a chronic problem, both Samsung Turkey and Samsung Germany did not help. It is a pity that this situation does not suit Samsung at all. I also contacted Samsung Germany, where I bought the phone, and they did not help me because I was not in Germany. Although we now live in a global world, I am victimized because I bought a phone from another country. Please help me fix this.
