Samsung Z Fold 4 Screen Frame Fault, Detached Pieces Need Repair
Part of the frame of the main front screen of my Z Fold 4 has detached itself and broken after a few seconds. The phone has absolutely no scratches at all and has not been dropped or hit against anything. Bearing this in mind the problem is indeed a production-related fault. However Samsung service in Turkey rejected to fix this problem under the warranty of the phone. Neither they could locate any scratch on the phone and in the vicinity ofbthe faulty frame of any kind. I request Samsung to stand behind their flagship phone and fix this problem under the warranty. The service code number: 4268214421
The service suggested replacing the screen at half the price. They couldn't provide any evidence that this is a customer fault, as there are no scratches on the device. I'm giving up on using Samsung phones and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone, primarily due to their poor after-sales support, especially for their so-called flagship products.
