My Samsung VR7700BM Robot Vacuum Won’t Charge or Navigate

9

I purchased the Samsung VR7700BM (VR3MB77312K) robot vacuum, and just over a year later, it stopped charging and would no longer turn on. I took it to the Samsung service center in Mustafakemalpaşa, Bursa, where they replaced the charging station. After picking it up, the vacuum malfunctioned again almost immediately.

This time, it couldn't find the charging dock, entered rooms randomly (or not at all), and sometimes just stopped in the middle of the room without doing anything. I returned it to the same service center. It stayed there for nearly a month without any updates. When I followed up, they finally looked at it and claimed the navigation system was broken—and blamed the issue on it going under furniture, saying this voided the warranty.
