My Samsung VR7700 Robot Vacuum Keeps Showing “Clean Cliff Sensor” Error for 2 Months
I’ve been dealing with a recurring issue on my Samsung VR7700 robot vacuum for the past two months. It constantly shows the message “Clean the cliff sensor”, and I’ve followed every single instruction provided—cleaning the sensors thoroughly, restarting the device, and even trying suggested fixes from forums—but nothing works.
I contacted Samsung’s support center, shared detailed descriptions, and even sent photos of the issue. Unfortunately, I’ve received no real solution in return. After researching the issue online, I discovered that many other users are facing the exact same problem, which suggests this might be a design flaw or a common defect in this model. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated. I paid for a smart cleaning device that’s become completely unusable, and I’m getting no real support from Samsung.
