My Samsung VR7700 Robot Vacuum Won’t Mop and Service Ignored My Repair
I bought the Samsung VR7700 robot vacuum mainly for its mopping feature, but it doesn’t mop at all. The vacuum fails to perform any floor wiping or wet cleaning, making one of its key features completely useless.
I sent the device to technical service under warranty, and they kept me waiting for an entire month. When I finally received it back, it was clear that nothing had been fixed. I then formally requested a product replacement, but no one ever followed up—not a call, not an email, no solution.
The technical support team doesn’t care. I have to call them every single day, asking for updates, only to hear the same excuses over and over again: “We’re waiting for parts,” “We’re waiting for a response from headquarters,” and so on.
