I Keep Getting Freezes and Restarts on My Samsung S25 Ultra—Still Broken After Reset
I bought the Samsung S25 Ultra just a week ago, and it’s already giving me serious problems. The phone randomly freezes for a few seconds, then shuts down and restarts. This doesn’t happen once or twice—it happens at least 10 times a day. I updated the software and even reset it to factory settings, but the issue keeps coming back like clockwork.
Sometimes the phone restarts even when it’s just sitting idle, and other times it happens right after opening basic apps. The whole experience is frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a brand-new flagship device.
I did everything I could on my end, but nothing has worked. Clearly, this is not a user error—this is either a software flaw or hardware defect. I shouldn’t be going through this with a premium phone I bought just seven days ago.
