Misleading Promotion and Unfulfilled Promises After Samsung TV and Soundbar Purchase
I purchased a 55S90C OLED TV and Q700C soundbar on Black Friday, lured by the promotion that promised a 1250 TL gift card for the soundbar if bought with the TV. I opted for a coffee machine with the TV, and they assured me that I'd receive a 6250 TL gift card for the soundbar. However, after three weeks of continuous delays and conflicting information from Samsung's customer service, I am now being told different terms than initially promised. The customer service representatives are dismissing my valid concerns and contradicting their earlier statements. Frustrated and feeling misled, I intend to pursue legal action with the Consumer Rights Board on Monday, backed by a record of all my communications regarding this matter.
