I Can’t Get My Samsung AR12 12.000 BTU Inverter AC to Cool Despite Max Settings

I purchased a Samsung AR12 12.000 BTU Digital Inverter air conditioner less than a year ago, expecting reliable performance from a reputable brand. However, this unit has completely failed to meet even the most basic expectation: cooling. Even when I run it on the coldest setting and highest fan speed, it blows air like a regular fan—no cooling effect whatsoever.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the premium price I paid. The unit is practically new, yet it’s already underperforming. I urge anyone thinking about buying this model to think twice. You might end up with a decorative fan instead of an air conditioner.
Samsung, I expect better. I’m requesting immediate technical support or a replacement. A nearly brand-new unit should not be failing like this. Please take responsibility and provide a real solution before I escalate this further.
