Samsung Did Not Load My Gift Voucher Onto the Ininal Card They Sent Me
I earned a ₺10,000 gift voucher for purchasing a set of three white goods. To receive this amount, I was sent an İninal card. However, despite waiting for months, the ₺10,000 gift voucher was never loaded onto the card. I had never heard of İninal before. Samsung directed me to open an account there for the first time, and then asked me to link the card they sent to the account. Even after doing so, the money was never deposited. The reason given was that İninal froze accounts, caused inconvenience to users, and recently appointed a new manager. I asked Samsung to send a cordless vacuum cleaner instead of the voucher, but they couldn’t even fulfill that request. I’m very disappointed with Samsung. I'm also unhappy with the refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher I purchased from them. My complaint still stands, and I am waiting for my issue to be resolved.
