Samsung Mobile Phone Unusable After May 2025 UI Updates

Hello, My Samsung phone received two UI updates this month (May 2025), the most recent one being yesterday (May 30). After these updates, my phone has essentially become unusable. It doesn’t boot properly and constantly restarts. I have been a loyal Samsung user since the S8 series and have never experienced such a major failure after an update. I have always considered Samsung mobile devices to be more performant than iPhones. However, this issue has seriously changed my opinion. If you look at YouTube comments and user forums, you’ll see this is a widespread problem following the latest updates. I rely heavily on my phone for my work. In this state, I’m unable to work effectively, which puts me at risk of serious loss. I demand that this issue be resolved or that my damages be compensated. When I reached out for support, I was told to take the phone to a service center. However, the call was disconnected midway due to another unexpected restart. Please fix this issue caused by the latest UI updates — the restarts, freezing, and general instability — or provide appropriate compensation. I do not intend to leave my phone at a service center. Even if the repair doesn’t take a full month, I don’t have the time to wait even a single day due to my work obligations. I trust you will resolve this issue. I await your response.
