I Can’t Get Network Signal on My Samsung Galaxy A55 5G—Only Works on Wi-Fi Calls

Brand: Samsung
Model: Galaxy A54
IMEI: 351890470825596**
Since around March, I have been experiencing serious network and mobile data disconnection issues on my device. When I start a phone call, a strange static noise appears shortly afterward and the call drops. As for mobile data, although the phone shows 4.5G, the connection works only briefly and then disconnects again; I cannot maintain a stable internet connection. This issue occurs frequently and in multiple locations.
I contacted my mobile carrier’s customer service, and they confirmed that the signal strength in my area is strong. When I tested my SIM card in another phone, it worked without any issues. However, when I tried a different SIM card in my phone, the same disconnection problem continued. Because of this, I believe the issue is related to the device hardware.
I have not yet contacted Samsung customer service or an authorized service center; I am located in Kocaeli. I believe my device is no longer under warranty, but since this is a hardware defect not caused by user error, I request a free repair. If necessary, I would also like a detailed technical fault report.
I kindly request that the problem be investigated promptly, permanently resolved, and that I be informed of the outcome.

My Samsung A54 suddenly shut down without warning. When it tried to restart on its own, it got stuck on the Samsung Galaxy startup screen and has remained frozen there ever since. I waited for a long time thinking it might fix itself, but nothing changed—it's completely unresponsive beyond the boot ...
