For the past two days, I have been dealing with a serious issue on my Samsung Galaxy A52. Even though Airplane Mode is turned off, the icon remains dimmed as if it’s still active. Because of this, I cannot make phone calls or connect to the mobile network at all. The problem appeared suddenly, without any clear reason.
To troubleshoot, I have already tried restarting the device and even resetting it to factory settings, but nothing has worked. The issue persists every time, making the phone unusable for basic functions like calls and mobile data.
Unfortunately, my device is no longer under warranty, which makes the situation even more frustrating. A smartphone should not lose such fundamental functionality after only a few years of use.
I am requesting that Samsung provide either:
A replacement device, since this appears to be a critical defect, or
Immediate technical support and repair to restore my phone’s ability to connect to mobile networks.
This problem has left me completely disconnected, and I expect a swift resolution to restore trust in the brand and prevent further inconvenience.
