I Can’t Get Network Signal on My Samsung Galaxy A55 5G—Only Works on Wi-Fi Calls

I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, and I’m facing a serious network signal issue. Despite the device being marketed as a 5G smartphone, I can’t make or receive regular calls unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. The phone only works through Wi-Fi calling, which is unacceptable for a mobile device in this price range and category.
I expected stable mobile connectivity—not to be dependent on an internet connection to communicate. This defeats the entire purpose of owning a 5G phone. I feel completely let down by Samsung, a brand I once trusted.
Samsung, I expect you to stand behind your product. I’m asking for an immediate resolution to this issue. Whether it’s a hardware defect or a software glitch, it needs to be fixed now. If this problem continues, I will seriously reconsider buying Samsung products in the future. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and provide a real solution—not just a generic response.

I would like to thank Samsung. They resolved my issue very quickly.
