I have a Samsung Fold 4, and I’m not someone who frequently uses the inner screen. I’ve had the device for over a year, and I’ve probably opened and closed it no more than 100 times. This morning, when I tried to open it, the phone stopped at a 160–170 degree angle and wouldn’t open fully. After doing some research, I realized that many other users have experienced the same issue.
I am requesting support from the brand regarding this matter. My phone is still in excellent condition, and I paid a significant amount of money for it.
