Samsung Z Fold 7 Paint Peeling Near Charging Port, Warranty Denied

I purchased my Samsung Z Fold 7 about 3–4 months ago, and the device’s paint started peeling from the top edge after only a short time. Because of this, I sent it to technical service about a week ago. The phone was repaired and returned to me, but now the paint has started peeling again—this time around the charging port.
When I sent it back to service, I was told that it was “user damage” and that I would have to pay for the repair. I’ve been using smartphones for years and have never experienced this kind of issue before. Having the paint peel twice in just a few months is unacceptable, and yet Samsung insists it’s my fault and refuses to offer a proper solution.
At this point, I don’t believe Samsung or MediaMarkt will take responsibility or resolve the issue. I’m sharing this complaint to warn potential customers to be cautious before buying this model. Photos of the second paint-peeling incident are attached — the first was on the top edge, and now it’s around the charging area.
