I’m using the Samsung S24 Ultra, and for a phone that’s marketed as a flagship, I’m shocked by the number of problems I’ve encountered in such a short time. First, there’s a noticeable rattling noise inside the phone—when I lightly shake the device, I can hear something moving around with a “click-click” sound. It may not affect usage directly, but for a premium phone, it’s not something I should be hearing at all.
Second, and more importantly, the phone overheats quickly, especially during video calls or mobile gaming. After just 4–5 minutes, the phone becomes uncomfortably hot, which not only affects performance but also raises concerns about long-term reliability and safety.
To make matters worse, the fingerprint scanner is inconsistent—sometimes it works, but often it fails to recognize my print at all. This is incredibly frustrating on a daily basis.
