Requesting Free Replacement for Samsonite Luggage After Handle Broke on Trip
The handle of my Samsonite suitcase broke during travel. I delivered the product to the Samsonite service center at Buyaka. The service team suggested a replacement, but even though the current sales price of the same suitcase is ₺15,000, they only offered me ₺3,000 toward the exchange. I did not accept this offer.
I am requesting that my suitcase be replaced with a new one free of charge. My invoice and customer details are available in the service record under my name, S**** K**, and my contact number is 0532*****95. I also expect this issue to be resolved so that such a problem does not happen again and my grievance is addressed.
I sent an email to the company, but no one replied. They did not pay any attention to the complaint here, not even remotely. Absolutely do not buy luggage from the Samsonite brand. I will have to take legal action.
