SuperStep Salomon Alphacross 3 GTX Shoes Tear Early After 20 Months!
I purchased the 'Salomon Alphacross 3 GTX shoes from SuperStep, and to my dismay, after just 20 months of use in non-demanding conditions, they have torn on the sides, as depicted in the images. Despite being outdoor shoes, they were used solely indoors, sparingly, and under light conditions.
Additionally, during this period, the shoes were not consistently worn, and they were alternated with different pairs. Upon researching, I discovered numerous users facing similar issues. Despite sending the shoes for inspection, they were returned with the generic response of 'user error.' This experience has led me to reconsider my choice of this brand, marking it as my first and last.
