Asics Gel 1130 Sneakers Tore Within 2 Months – Requesting Replacement

I am disappointed with the Asics Gel 1130 sneakers I purchased from SuperStep. After wearing them for less than two months, the inner lining of the mesh on both shoes tore, leaving visible holes where my socks can be seen. This is uncomfortable and unacceptable for a brand like Asics. I sent the sneakers for inspection, but they claimed it was “user error.” I barely wore them, as I work from home and rarely go out, so I can’t understand how I could have caused this damage.

Previously, I had a similar issue with the Asics Gel 1190 v2, where the stitching came apart quickly, but at least I received an exchange for that. I paid significantly more to get the 1130 model, only to experience the same quality issues. Seeing similar complaints online, it’s clear this is a recurring problem. I regret choosing Asics and expect them to stand behind their product. Please resolve this by offering a replacement or a refund — my money shouldn’t go to waste.
