Salomon Boots From The Moose Bay – Defective After 2 Hours, No Support

I purchased a pair of Salomon boots from The Moose Bay store, expecting high quality for the price. However, after just two hours of use, I noticed salt stains on the edges and mold-like spots on the fabric. I immediately returned the boots to the store, and they were sent for inspection.

I waited 15 days without any update, and only after visiting the store myself did I learn that my complaint was rejected. They admitted that similar issues had been approved for return before but refused to assist me. I paid ₺7000 for boots that became unwearable within hours. I demand a full refund or replacement. This is unacceptable customer service!
