Salomon Shoes Tore in 3 Months and My Warranty Claim Was Rejected

I purchased a pair of Salomon brand shoes for ₺7000 in July from the Karevi store at Forum Kayseri AVM. After 3-4 months of use, the back heel area of the shoes tore. I sent the shoes for inspection under warranty, but my claim was rejected. If you are going to make shoes with cheap fabric and not cover such damages under warranty, then you should not sell them at such an exorbitant price. If you know how to charge ₺7000 and promote the product as having a warranty and special materials, then you should stand behind your product. Even unbranded, cheaper shoes are replaced in cases like this. Selling low-quality products at high prices under a brand name is nothing but deceiving customers. I have submitted my complaint to the necessary authorities. If you want to avoid facing the same problem and wasting your money, I recommend not choosing this brand.
