I Report Missing And Incorrect Bottles With Salomon Adv Skin 12 Vest

I purchased a Salomon Adv Skin 12 running vest from Salomon.com after thoroughly researching the product, comparing its features, and reviewing expert articles and videos. When my order arrived, I was surprised to see that the vest was shipped only in a plastic courier bag with no original packaging, and the hydration bottles that were supposed to be included were missing from the package. I immediately contacted customer support, and they admitted it was a mistake and promised to send the missing bottles separately.
Due to the poor packaging and missing items, I became concerned about whether the replacement bottles would be correct. I proactively clarified which bottles should be included, referring to the official product description on Salomon.com and multiple product reviews and videos that clearly specify the correct hydration bottles. Despite this, they informed me that they would send different, lower-grade bottles, claiming those were the ones normally included with the product.
I explained again that this information was incorrect and that their actions no longer seemed like an honest mistake but rather a deliberate choice to provide substandard items. Today, I finally received the bottles, and as I feared, they sent the wrong, lower-quality ones. Moreover, they offered no explanation or apology for this error.
What is the point of shopping directly from a brand’s official website if you can’t trust them to deliver what is promised? This is far from what I expect from a well-known brand. I demand that Salomon immediately send the correct hydration bottles that match the product specifications listed on their official website and resolve this matter with the professionalism expected from a global brand.
