Salomon Sent Me the Wrong Bottles With My Adv Skin 12 Vest

I bought the Adv Skin 12 running vest from Salomon after doing thorough research—comparing features, reading reviews, and watching product videos. I placed the order and received the product, but it only arrived in a plain shipping bag, and the water bottles that were supposed to be included were missing. I contacted Salomon customer service, and they admitted it was a mistake and said they would send the bottles separately. However, given how carelessly the product was shipped—with no proper packaging—I followed up again to confirm they would be sending the correct bottles, as listed in the product description on salomon.com and clearly shown in review videos and articles. Despite my explanation, they told me they would send different, lower-tier water bottles, insisting that those were the ones included with the product. I told them that this was inaccurate and that I no longer believed it was a simple mistake but rather intentional. Today, I received the water bottles, and as expected, they were the wrong ones. They didn’t even bother to provide an explanation. What is the point of treating a customer this way when everything is clearly documented? If we can't even trust a global brand’s own website, then what's the value in shopping directly from them? This is not how a professional company should operate.
