Amazon Sent Me a Non-Gore-Tex Product Despite the Listing Saying It Was Gore-Tex

Despite the product description and title on Amazon.com.tr (sold by Amazon itself), which clearly mentioned terms like GTX and Gore-Tex, the item I received lacks any Gore-Tex logos, either on the product or the packaging (as shown in the attached images). I’ve used Gore-Tex products before, and they always come with the appropriate labels. Additionally, unboxing videos of this product online clearly show these logos and labels (such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3s2CQzOLzUE?feature=share). When I contacted Amazon customer service, they assured me that the product was indeed Gore-Tex and provided me with the Salomon contact number (02122651141) for verification. However, no one answered the phone, and since I couldn’t keep calling, I sent an email instead but received no reply.
Meanwhile, the discounted items went out of stock as I waited for a resolution. On Salomon's official website, it’s easy to spot the Gore-Tex logo on their Gore-Tex products, which further raises concerns about the authenticity of what I received. Beyond losing trust in Amazon, I’m now questioning whether the product itself is authentic. Although I purchased it at a discount, I still believe it's my right to receive an item that matches the description. I’m requesting an exchange for the actual Gore-Tex version of the product, even if it comes in a different color.
