I Face Quality Issues With My Salomon Speedcross Peak Shoes — Warranty Claim Rejected

I purchased a pair of Salomon Speedcross Peak shoes about six months ago from the Zagna store at Atlantis Mall in Ankara. Within the first month, the right shoe began showing tears on the leather and sole. I immediately reported the issue to the store, and they said the shoes would be sent for inspection. However, after six months, the shoes were finally reviewed, and I was given a rejection notice claiming “user error.”

I bought the shoes for ₺5,699.99, paid in six installments by credit card, and the product was advertised as having a two-year warranty. Despite this, the shoes became unusable in less than six months — even before I finished paying for them. The store staff were unhelpful and offered no meaningful support or solution.

It is unacceptable for a product at this price, with a stated warranty, to wear out so quickly and for the brand to deny responsibility by calling it user damage. I am requesting a replacement for my defective shoes and for my consumer rights to be respected.
