I gave you like two chances, the initial machine crapped out on me right after I started! I had to schlep all the way back to Walmart the next day to swap it for a new one. The replacement worked, at least, but if that’s how all your maxhines work, no thx again. even after going over the same spots a bunch of times, there was still this weird residue left behind, the suction was wimpy, barely picked up any dirt or water, whoever rented it before me clearly didn't even try to clean it out. I spent almost an hour just getting rid of their mess, wiping down everything, basically making it usable before I could even touch my own carpets. Let's just say renting a carpet cleaner wasn't exactly the time-saver I was hoping for. Between the broken machine, the weak cleaning power, and the initial biohazard situation, you time with me is up.
