Something Gross Came Out of the Ruffles Chips Box

I recently had a strange thing happen with Ruffles chips that completely confused me. It was nothing like what I thought it would be, and that made me sad. When I held the chip in my hand, it felt as hard as a rock, but when I bit into it, it broke into tiny pieces. It tasted strangely salty and oily. I don't know what else to say except that it's very disappointing. I've liked these chips for a long time, but after what happened, I'm not sure if I want to buy them again. I really want the company's leaders to talk about this upsetting problem, explain it, and do what needs to be done to fix it.
